Your refund will be processed once our warehouse team has received and inspected your returned item. This typically takes 7–14 business days from the date we receive your return. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.
Please note that the original shipping fee of KWD 3 (where applicable) is non-refundable.
