To return an order, submit a return request by entering your order number and the email address used to place the order. You can do this directly from your account's order history, or via the Returns page on our website.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, for items that are in new, unused condition in their original intact packaging. Once your return request is submitted, our delivery partner will arrange collection from your address within 24 hours.
